- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives identifying disruptive technologies and societal trends through 2030
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for 2026-2030 roadmap
- Translate future intelligence into actionable innovation strategies aligned with business objectives
- Facilitate executive workshops on emerging technology impacts and strategic pivots
- Establish cross-functional innovation pipelines integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Author thought leadership positioning Visionary Labs as future-industry authority
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, neurotech)
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and workshop facilitation expertise
- Published thought leadership in technology or future studies (portfolio required)
