Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with client business objectives and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable foresight frameworks
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions in emerging domains
- Deliver executive briefings and scenario planning reports to C-suite stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (Master's/PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, consulting, or corporate foresight roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation strategies
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
