Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory changes, and socio-economic indicators to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision and growth targets
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype next-gen solutions for emerging markets
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight insights into actionable product development initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning
- Monitor competitive intelligence and disruptor ecosystems to identify first-mover opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Technology Forecasting, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or technology foresight roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering to executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Studies or similar preferred
