Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies, market trends, and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to executive leadership, guiding innovation roadmaps and investment priorities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable product development plans
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors for trend validation
- Produce high-impact whitepapers and executive briefings on disruptive technologies and their business implications
- Champion a future-focused culture by mentoring teams on adaptive innovation methodologies
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technological adoption and market access
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, or Social Sciences; Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through transformational change initiatives
