Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks to identify and analyze emerging trends, technologies, and market disruptions through 2026
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives, translating future scenarios into actionable business strategies and product roadmaps
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning to anticipate socio-economic, technological, and environmental shifts
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future insights into corporate strategy, R&D priorities, and investment decisions
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops and thought leadership programs to cultivate future-ready mindsets across the organization
- Author compelling thought leadership content including trend reports, white papers, and keynote presentations
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills with experience influencing executive decision-making
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives or future-focused projects delivered at scale
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists) highly valued
