Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual '2026 Horizon Reports' analyzing technological, economic, and social megatrends
- Design strategic roadmaps for clients to navigate disruptive innovations including quantum computing, AGI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops with Fortune 500 executives to embed foresight into business strategy
- Build proprietary trend-forecasting models using AI-driven data analytics and human intelligence networks
- Present at global innovation summits and publish in 'Future Journal' (Q4 impact factor: 12.4)
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon-scanning methodologies and scenario-planning frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in corporate strategy consulting or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 level
- Proven track record of publishing trend forecasts with measurable market impact
- Expertise in exponential technologies (blockchain, quantum AI, synthetic biology)
