Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmaps aligned with market trends and technological disruptions
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning to identify emerging opportunities and threats
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate next-gen products and services
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage a network of futurist thought leaders and industry disruptors
- Quantify innovation ROI through data-driven frameworks and predictive modeling
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism roles within tech or consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruption forecasting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with innovation frameworks (e.g., Design Thinking, Blue Ocean Strategy)
