Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data from 15+ industries to identify emerging technological and societal trends through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive innovations including AGI, climate tech breakthroughs, and neuro interfaces
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps and business strategies
- Author quarterly 'Future Pulse' reports influencing executive decision-making and venture capital allocations
- Partner with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and DARPA to access cutting-edge research and innovation networks
- Design and validate prototype concepts for 2026-era user experiences and market entry strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or equivalent with 8+ years in strategic foresight
- Portfolio demonstrating successful trend analysis for Fortune 500 companies or governments
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or Web3
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or similar top-tier publication
- Proficiency in foresight tools: Horizon scanning, Delphi method, and systems modeling
- Experience leading global innovation sprints with cross-cultural teams
- Ability to distill complex concepts into compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders
