Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, market shifts, and socio-economic trends to forecast 2026+ innovation landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for board-level decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Author high-impact whitepapers and thought leadership content on future technology trajectories
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight insights into 5-year R&D roadmaps
- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future market potential through proprietary analytical models and scenario simulations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
