- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into R&D priorities
- Author trend reports published in industry publications and policy forums
- Maintain proprietary foresight database with 500+ signal indicators
- Advvent venture capital arm on next-generation investment theses
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting at tech-forward organizations
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts with 80%+ accuracy
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., STEEP-V, Delphi)
- Proficiency with AI trend analysis tools (e.g., GPT-4, Trend Hunter)
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or sustainable technology
