Responsibilities

- Develop innovation roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and quantum computing breakthroughs
- Collaborate with C-suite to embed future-proofing into corporate strategy and operations
- Build scenario-planning models for geopolitical, climate, and economic uncertainties
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale breakthrough initiatives
- Establish partnerships with academic labs and research institutions
- Present foresight insights to stakeholders via compelling narratives and visualizations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial impact
- Expertise in emerging tech: AGI, synthetic biology, decentralized systems
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis capabilities
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
- Certifications in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent
