Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and societal shifts to forecast 2026+ scenarios
- Develop innovation frameworks and strategic roadmaps for emerging markets and technologies
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare organizations for future uncertainties
- Translate foresight insights into actionable business strategies and product roadmaps
- Partner with R&D teams to validate future concepts through rapid prototyping
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging risks and opportunities across industries
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology assessment
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and foresight methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex future concepts
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications
- Experience with emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech
