- Author thought leadership publications and present at global innovation forums
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy, innovation consulting, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of developing future-focused roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience translating complex futures into compelling narratives
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation strategies
- Deep understanding of global megatrends and their industry-specific implications
