- Architect innovation roadmaps for emerging tech (quantum, AGI, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype next-generation solutions
- Advise executive team on strategic investments in exponential technologies
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Translate complex foresight data into actionable business strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging tech
- Proven track record of publishing influential trend analysis reports
- Expertise in at least two exponential technology domains
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in top-tier publications
