Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and market trends through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive business model shifts
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term corporate strategy
- Facilitate C-level workshops translating foresight into executable initiatives
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs for prototyping future solutions
- Author thought leadership on future-of-work and technology convergence
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D centers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or consulting
- Proven experience developing technology roadmaps beyond 2025
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership on future trends preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating innovation strategy implementation
