Responsibilities
- Develop and operationalize the 2026 innovation framework using scenario planning and horizon scanning techniques
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging technological and societal disruptions
- Produce strategic foresight reports translating future trends into product roadmaps
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation pipeline maturity and future-readiness
- Represent the organization at global futurist forums and tech summits
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial success
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or climate tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Published thought leadership on emerging technology impacts
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from APF or Foresight Practitioners)
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ future-ready commercialized innovations
