- Lead cross-functional workshops translating foresight insights into product development pipelines
- Author forward-looking trend reports and scenario-planning documents for executive stakeholders
- Establish ethical guardrails for emerging technologies including AI governance and biotech oversight
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and evaluate next-generation investment opportunities
- Represent company at global futurist forums and industry thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in innovation strategy, technology forecasting, or corporate foresight
- Proven track record translating future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems thinking capabilities
- Strong executive presentation skills with C-suite experience
- Published thought leadership in futurist or innovation publications
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
