Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives identifying disruptive trends impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology radar for AI, quantum computing, biotech, and Web3
- Design scenario-planning frameworks to prepare for future market disruptions and opportunities
- Present executive-level briefings on emerging technologies and their strategic implications
- Champion innovation workshops across departments to embed future-thinking into company DNA
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into development roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of work and technology convergence
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in innovation strategy, trend analysis, or futurism at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of translating future insights into revenue-generating initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology assessment methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech ecosystems (AI/ML, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership on future trends or innovation strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFSD, CPSMP)
