Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to forecast 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs and metrics to track innovation maturity and future-readiness
- Present compelling foresight insights to stakeholders through executive briefings and whitepapers
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex insights into actionable strategies
- Experience leading innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 or tech-forward organizations
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFIP, CPSI)
