Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and validating emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Conduct horizon-scanning research through academic partnerships and global tech ecosystems
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies and investment priorities
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Author thought leadership publications and patent disclosures for 2026 technology domains
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field with 8+ years strategy experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (3+ successful launches)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI development, or biotech convergence
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method) and trend analysis platforms
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published research in peer-reviewed futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFMP preferred)
