Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify breakthrough technologies for 2026-2030
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with market disruption opportunities
- Champion human-centered design principles in future technology development
- Present strategic foresight frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate emerging concepts
- Build cross-functional innovation ecosystems with academic and industry partners
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts impacting technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology R&D
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and synthesis capabilities for complex systems
- Experience presenting to C-suite and influencing organizational strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight methodology implementation
