Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed future-ready principles into organizational DNA
- Present compelling future scenarios to stakeholders through interactive workshops and executive briefings
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups and emerging technologies for strategic partnerships
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of work and digital transformation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, SWOT analysis, and strategic frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or major publications
