Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Strong background in human-centered design and innovation methodologies
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario development skills
