Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy roadmap, aligning emerging technologies with market demands
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping quantum computing applications and AI-driven sustainability solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies, providing actionable insights to C-suite executives
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators to accelerate innovation cycles
- Design and implement ethical frameworks for AI deployment and biotechnology advancement
- Present innovation blueprints to stakeholders and investors, securing funding for next-gen projects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in innovation leadership at Fortune 500 or scale-up tech companies
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, biotech)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology impact assessment
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech regulations
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience leading global innovation teams across multiple time zones
