Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze emerging technology trends, market shifts, and societal drivers through 2026 and beyond
- Develop actionable innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term corporate vision and quarterly business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product development and service design
- Author forward-looking strategic briefs for executive stakeholders and investor communications
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Quantify market opportunities and competitive threats through scenario modeling and horizon scanning
- Drive organizational adoption of strategic foresight methodologies across R&D and product teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial products or services
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and strategic foresight frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) or innovation management preferred
