Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ innovation roadmaps aligned with market trends and technological disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify exponential growth opportunities in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Produce high-impact scenario analyses and strategic foresight reports for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Mentor innovation teams in emerging technologies and future-proofing methodologies
- Drive implementation of pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with $5M+ budgets
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of launching market-disruptive products/services post-2020
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight (Harvard Business Review/MIT Tech Review preferred)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA from top-tier institution
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Exceptional presentation skills for C-suite and board-level audiences
