Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy framework, aligning technological foresight with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging market disruptions and competitive threats
- Produce trend analysis reports on quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotechnology convergence
- Partner with product teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Represent the company at global innovation summits and thought leadership forums
- Build and manage a network of academic, startup, and corporate innovation partners
- Present strategic recommendations to the board of directors and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or technology foresight roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in future studies or tech innovation
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation initiatives with Fortune 500 companies
