Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with C-suite executives and R&D teams
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, etc.)
- Author white papers and thought leadership for industry conferences
- Design and implement corporate foresight frameworks using AI-driven analytics
- Partner with venture capital arm to scout and invest in disruptive startups
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and government stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or corporate innovation roles
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published author in futurism or innovation thought leadership
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., from Futures School) preferred
