Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year innovation roadmaps aligning with 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions across quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable energy
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Develop ethical frameworks for emerging AI systems and autonomous technologies
- Present strategic foresight findings to C-suite executives and global partners
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with measurable ROI targets
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Deep expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Published research in peer-reviewed innovation or technology journals
- Certification in Futures Research (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
