Responsibilities
- Lead foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging trends, technologies, and disruptions relevant to 2026
- Develop and communicate strategic innovation roadmaps to executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and business development teams to integrate future insights into current projects
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessment to prepare for potential future states

Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Technology, Business, Sociology, Economics) or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in innovation strategy, foresight, or a related field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic plans based on future trends
- Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly
- Experience with scenario planning, trend analysis, and strategic frameworks
