Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients in tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Present foresight findings to executive boards through compelling visual narratives and data-driven storytelling
- Manage cross-functional teams of data scientists, designers, and industry experts in executing innovation pilots
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, keynotes, and industry roundtables
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in innovation strategy, consulting, or corporate R&D with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record developing and implementing future-ready business models
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, and climate tech
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Flourish)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience advising C-suite on strategic pivots during market disruptions
