Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies (2026-2030)
- Develop innovation roadmaps for quantum computing, AI governance, and biotech convergence
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate theoretical concepts into patentable solutions
- Advise executive leadership on future-proofing strategies and market disruption risks
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present strategic foresight findings to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen tech solutions
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology (PhD/MSc preferred)
- 5+ years in tech strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech/blockchain)
- Proven ability to translate complex scientific concepts into business strategy
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Strong network within academic innovation ecosystems and tech think tanks
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and technical teams
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology ethics
