Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and socio-economic trends to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps for disruptive product innovation in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable foresight frameworks
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-ready thinking into organizational strategy
- Author thought leadership publications and present at global innovation forums
- Identify and evaluate emerging startups for potential partnerships or acquisitions
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting technology trends with 80%+ accuracy
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (e.g., AI ethics, climate tech, neurotech)
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario-planning capabilities using tools like Delphi methods
- Published author or keynote speaker at global innovation conferences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic initiatives implemented in Fortune 500 companies
