As a key member of our Future Labs division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and industry disruptors to identify emerging paradigms in AI, biotech, and sustainable systems. You'll translate complex future scenarios into actionable strategies while maintaining our position as innovation pioneers.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global technological and socio-economic trends to forecast market shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging technologies including quantum computing and neural interfaces
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate breakthrough solutions for future challenges
- Produce scenario-based strategic roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Partner with product teams to prototype future-facing concepts
- Present future outlooks to investors and board members
- Monitor competitive landscapes and disruptor activities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or futurist analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of implementing technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Strong data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation
- Experience with strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
