Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to map emerging trends and disruptive technologies through 2026
- Develop actionable innovation roadmaps for enterprise clients across healthcare, finance, and sustainability sectors
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning to identify market opportunities and risks
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed future-thinking into organizational DNA
- Design and facilitate immersive innovation workshops with global stakeholders
- Author thought leadership publications and present at industry conferences
- Manage cross-functional teams executing prototype development for futuristic solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching successful future-focused initiatives (portfolio required)
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology adoption frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
- Experience with agile innovation methodologies and rapid prototyping
