- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Champion a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking within the organization
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory trends affecting technology adoption and innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation with proven futurist methodologies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex, ambiguous data into actionable insights
- Track record of developing successful long-term innovation strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technological or societal transformation
