Responsibilities
- Map emerging technology trends and societal shifts to create 2026 innovation roadmaps
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive industry transformations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product development
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D centers
- Produce executive-level trend briefings and predictive market analyses
- Design ethical governance frameworks for exponential technologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic roadmapping tools
- Strong presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
