Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, biotech) and market shifts to forecast 2026 industry disruptions
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with C-suite strategic priorities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-facing products and services
- Present trend insights to stakeholders via executive briefings and thought leadership publications
- Collaborate with R&D to translate foresight into actionable development pipelines
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startups for ecosystem innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or consulting
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology adoption curves
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Portfolio demonstrating published research or implemented innovation strategies
