- Develop 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating quantum computing, biotech convergence, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping AI-driven solutions for climate resilience and social equity
- Conduct geopolitical risk assessments impacting technological adoption and market expansion
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems and human augmentation
- Pioneer circular economy models for hardware/software lifecycle optimization
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, tech consulting, or corporate foresight roles
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, decentralized systems
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation roadmaps
- Certification in scenario planning (e.g., Shell Foresight, WFS) or futures research methodology
- Experience with AI ethics frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Proficiency in foresight tools: Trendalyzer, Cassandra, or similar platforms
