Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for 2026+ trends across AI, climate tech, and neuro interfaces
- Develop scenario planning frameworks for 3-5 year strategic roadmaps
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints with C-suite stakeholders
- Translate foresight insights into actionable product development pipelines
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Author quarterly trend briefs for executive decision-making
- Drive organizational adoption of future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis and scenario planning deliverables
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into executable strategies
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
