- Develop innovation roadmaps and strategic frameworks for 2026+ product/service ecosystems
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Present future scenarios and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Document innovation methodologies and publish thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or R&D with 5+ in foresight/futurism
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial solutions
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, quantum, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIF) preferred
- Experience building innovation ecosystems across global markets
