Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and prioritize emerging trends impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term company vision and market evolution
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and marketing teams to translate future insights into actionable projects
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for technological, social, and economic disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Build and maintain an external ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Champion a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in innovation strategy, strategic foresight, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience working with C-suite executives to drive strategic alignment
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives with measurable business impact
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal implications
