Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps for enterprise clients using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping futuristic solutions (quantum computing, AI ethics, climate tech)
- Deliver keynote presentations at global tech summits on emerging tech commercialization
- Design sustainability frameworks for circular economy adoption in Fortune 500 companies
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic labs and government innovation hubs
- Author quarterly white papers on disruptive technologies and market impacts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation consulting or corporate R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Sloan Management Review
- Proven ability to secure $5M+ innovation budgets for experimental initiatives
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Shell's Two Loops method)
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and ESG compliance frameworks
