Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across biotech, quantum computing, and AI convergence domains
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for 2026-2030 market evolution
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with executive teams and external partners
- Produce annual Future State reports with scenario-based recommendations
- Establish cross-industry collaborations with academic institutions and labs
- Integrate future intelligence into product roadmaps and corporate strategy
- Mentor R&D teams on emerging technology adoption pathways
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience with data visualization tools and foresight software
