Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological and societal projections
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market impacts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to generate and validate breakthrough concepts
- Produce trend reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Build strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and think tanks
- Champion a culture of innovation through internal advocacy and thought leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
- Experience with emerging technologies (blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism
