Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to develop 2026-2030 strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present visionary roadmaps to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact projections
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for future-tech R&D
- Mentor junior futurists and build a culture of strategic foresight across the organization
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging technologies and societal shifts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial products or services
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI-driven analytics
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing C-level audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation (portfolio required)
