Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs

- Forge strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive R&D budget allocation for high-impact innovation projects
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate an experimental culture
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy or R&D leadership at tech-forward organizations
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, Web3)
- Proven track record of scaling innovations to commercialization
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Published research in futurism or technology ethics
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
