Your insights will directly influence $2B+ innovation portfolios and shape the next wave of human-machine symbiosis.
Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual Horizon Scanning Reports identifying 50+ emerging technologies with 2026-2030 impact potential
- Design Strategic Innovation Frameworks integrating AI, biotech, and climate resilience for C-suite clients
- Lead cross-functional Future Scenario Workshops with stakeholders in 15+ industries
- Author White Papers on exponential technologies with 10K+ circulation in academic and business circles
- Establish Early Warning Systems to detect paradigm shifts in energy, mobility, and digital sovereignty
- Mentor a global network of Futurist Fellows across 8 innovation hubs
- Present at World Economic Forum and TED Future conferences
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology
- Published peer-reviewed work on singularity economics or exponential technology adoption
- Expertise in systems thinking with certification from MIT Future Labs or similar
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts (3+ billion in revenue impact)
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and decentralized AI
- Experience advising Fortune 100 boards on 10-year transformation strategies
- Fluency in scenario planning tools (STEEP-LE, Delphi Method, Monte Carlo simulations)
- PhD or equivalent in Futuristics, Systems Theory, or Complex Adaptive Systems
