Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning emerging technologies with long-term business objectives
- Lead scenario planning and horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and market opportunities
- Champion human-centered design principles in next-gen product development cycles
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies and agile innovation practices
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-tech leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and storytelling ability
- Experience scaling innovation frameworks in enterprise environments
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or innovation management
