Responsibilities
- Forecast and map emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) through 2026 horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Design and scale innovation frameworks for 200+ global engineers
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 technology paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching products with 2026+ market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFP preferred)
